A Simple Approach to a Better Life & a Better Frequency

Four windows into the practice, each in the navigator’s own voice. Breathwork. Integration. Life Optimization. The quiet revolution of becoming the observer of your own experience.

From The Workshop

The Alchemy of Change

Alchemy, in our use, will be the idea of being a catalyst for transmutation — from what was or has been into what can be instead. What was or has been our habit into what we truly want and desire for ourselves in every area possible.

So where do we do this transmutation, and just what are we transmuting?

Ultimately this will become an action that comes as easily to the practitioner as a sigh or a yawn. It will indeed become the new operating force — the new habit — behind the eyes of the operator…

From Hypnotic Rhythms

Boats With No One at the Helm

Nearly all of us have heard of the idea of how many things humans do without actual thought being involved. Many repetitive practices, driving on a daily route to and home from work, cooking a typical breakfast or commonly prepared dinner or perhaps getting ready for work and so on.

What many have not considered is how many other rhythms in life are also taking place seemingly like boats with no one at the helm. Many of these we can refer to as hypnotic rhythms herein as this is a good descriptor of the actual physiological counterpart…

We are always in that somewhere else place when we are in the story.

From Letting Yourself Off the Hook

A Peek Into the Mire of the Mind

Let’s face it… the things said within the confines of our minds… Oh my! The things said about and to one’s self? Most would agree those things would not be uttered to another human.

For many these things we are hearing are often on repeat… some sound familiar or vaguely reminiscent. They are often patterned and followed up. It’s different for everyone and many are harder on themselves than the rest of us… but, at different points in our days… we are all way too hard on ourselves.

It is not until one realizes that these hypnotic rhythms are also worth our attention that we begin to really capitalize on the application of effective efforts supporting lasting change…

From The Place of the Observer

Energy Flows Where Focus Goes

Energy as we use it in our experience — feeling, moving, sensing and doing in these earth suits… Energy flows where focus goes. Even if that focus is literally nowhere — which is where energy flows in dwelling thought patterns… it’s more like a well that is drawing you while bits of yuck and grime spin in the eddies closest continually splashing us with their discomforting presence.

The seat of the alchemist is where we sit to make the new agreements and to redirect what was misdirected. The place of the observer is where we try to stay… allowing us that breath of distance between stories we might choose to involve our minds in and what is best for this moment in reality.

The seat of the alchemist and the place of the observer are both found within the workshop.
